* Members of the constitiuent assembly were chosen on the basis of the provincial elections of 1946.
* MUSLIM lEAGUE boycotted the early sittings of constituent assembly those held before the formation of Pakistan , thus making it a one party show, i.e. The Congress Party.
* Members inside the congress has broader front and covered a wide range of views.
