The Gujarat Civic Polls , the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections ... all of them had one thing in common : LOWER TURNOUT OF VOTERS .... Do you think Voting should be made compulsory, along with the option of a voter deciding not to vote for anyone? Wont it have a greater say in the democracy as most of us middle class voters never go to participate in this worlds biggest democratic process.
